 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty, specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Only items not yet worn or used, stored in the original packaging, are accepted. Defective products will be replaced or refunded excluding transport costs, after verification of the actual defect no later than 14 working days. Defects do not include wear and fraying typical of products or products damaged during transport.

No product purchased on sale or via discount code can be modified or returned (except in exceptional cases assessed and decreed by us).

NB worn wigs cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

The refund within 14 working days will be made only after receiving the goods and having verified their 100% integrity. Hair products are considered products for personal hygienic use therefore they must not have been placed on the skin or removed from the sealed box. .

The costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer.

The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days. MY FAIRY will proceed, as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to refund the sums paid by the user , including, in the case of a total return without replacement, the shipping cost contribution.

The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to MY FAIRY via explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered mail,

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to MY FAIRY his wish to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, MY FAIRY will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days.

Reason for refund can only be a product damaged due to transport.
