 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty, specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Only unworn or unused items in their original packaging will be accepted. Defective products will be replaced or refunded, excluding shipping costs, after verification of the actual defect within 14 business days. Defects do not include typical wear and tear, fraying, or items damaged during transportation.

No product purchased on sale or using a discount code can be modified or returned (except in exceptional cases assessed and decided by us).

NB: For hygiene reasons, worn wigs cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds will be issued within 14 working days only after receiving the goods and verifying their 100% integrity. Hair products are considered personal hygiene products and must not have been placed on the skin or removed from the sealed box.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Wiggle will refund the sums paid by the customer as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receiving notification of the customer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. This refund includes, in the case of a full return without replacement, shipping costs.

The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate this to Wiggle via an explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered mail with return receipt,

If the CUSTOMER exercises the right of withdrawal, he or she must return the goods within 14 days of notifying Wiggle of his or her intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts, and accompanied by the accompanying tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Wiggle will refund the amount of the returned products within a maximum of 14 days.

The only reason for a refund is a product damaged during transport.
